Order Processing
Orders are processed within 2–4 business days after payment confirmation. Each item is carefully prepared, packaged, and quality-checked prior to dispatch.
Once an order is shipped, a confirmation email with tracking details will be shared.
Shipping & Delivery
We currently ship within India. Delivery timelines are estimated and may vary depending on location and courier partner.
Estimated delivery:
• Metro cities: 3–5 business days
• Non-metro locations: 5–7 business days
Delivery times are indicative and not guaranteed.
Duties & Taxes
All applicable domestic taxes are included unless stated otherwise at checkout.
For international shipments (if applicable in the future), customs duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
Risk & Responsibility
Once an order has been dispatched and handed over to the courier partner, After-taste Archive is not liable for delays, loss, or damage caused during transit.
In the unlikely event of a shipment issue, we will assist in coordinating with the courier to resolve the matter.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at checkout. Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete address information may incur re-shipping charges.
