Order Processing
Orders are processed within 3–5 business days after payment confirmation. Each item is carefully prepared, packaged, and quality-checked prior to dispatch.
Once an order is shipped, a confirmation email with tracking details will be shared.
Shipping & Delivery
We currently ship within India. Delivery timelines are estimated and may vary depending on location and courier partner. We offer free shipping across India.

- Metro cities: 3–5 business days
- Non-metro locations: 5–7 business days

Taxes

For international shipments (if applicable in the future), customs duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
Risk & Responsibility
In the unlikely event of a shipment issue, we will actively coordinate with the courier on your behalf to resolve the matter. For high-value orders, we recommend ensuring someone is available at the delivery address to receive the package in person.
