Refund policy

Due to the nature of vintage and rare items, After-taste Archive accepts return requests within 48 hours of delivery, provided the item is returned in the exact condition it was received, with all original packaging intact.

Once a return request is approved, the item must be dispatched back immediately.

Returned items must show no signs of wear, use, alteration, or damage beyond what was clearly documented at the time of purchase.

 

Eligible Returns

• Returns requested made within 48 hours of delivery

• Item remains unused and in original condition

• All original packaging, dust bags, tags, and accessories (if applicable) are intact

For return requests; please write to us on sales@aftertastearchive.com with your order number and reason for return with images of the product.

Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of authenticity.

 

Refunds

• Approved returns are issued as store credit, valid for 12 months from the date of issue and redeemable on future purchases

• ⁠Full refunds are issued only in the rare event that an item is proven to be inauthentic by a recognised independent authentication service.
  
  Refunds or store credits are processed only after the returned item is received and verified.

Non-Returnable Items

• ⁠Items returned outside the 48-hour return window

• Items showing signs of wear, use, or alteration beyond what was documented in the original listing

• Custom, final sale, or specially requested items
