Do you provide authentication certificates?
Independent digital authentication services including Legit App may be bought at an additional charge.

Are the items new?
No. All pieces are vintage or pre-owned and may show signs of age.
Will wear be mentioned?
Yes. Any visible wear or patina is documented in the product description and imagery.
Orders & Shipping
Where do you ship?
ATA ships pan-India.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are dispatched within 3-5 business days. Delivery timelines vary by location.
Will there be additional taxes and duties?
No, all import Duties and Taxes are included in the price. ATA guarantees there will be no additional charges upon delivery pan-India.
Returns & Refunds
Do you accept returns?
Yes. Returns are accepted within 3 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and returned in original condition and packaging.
Do you offer refunds?
Approved returns are issued as store credit. Full refunds are provided only in rare cases of certified proven inauthenticity or material misrepresentation.

Yes. ATA operates within circular fashion, extending the life of existing luxury pieces through thoughtful curation. The packaging is also thoughtfully curated using materials that are recyclable and biodegradable.
